In 2020, we started work in SurveyMonkey’s California office in partnership with Zoom. Our project brief was to convert each of their meeting rooms to Zoom Rooms, replacing their existing meeting room hardware with Zoom’s Neat video conferencing equipment.
We were Zoom’s installation partner for the entirety of the project. Our services included technical design, logistical coordination, technology removal, installation of Zoom’s premium Neat video conferencing technology, hardware testing, and product training.
We worked between 4 am to 12 pm for the project duration to minimize disruption to SurveyMonkey employees. We removed all of the old video conferencing codec and equipment and fitted and installed Logitech Neat Bars, Logitech Neat Pads, large televisions with Mac Minis, and meeting room schedulers. The installation followed plans drawn up and approved during the envisioning and design project phase.
The project was a success, with all meeting rooms upgraded after a few mornings of work. SurveyMonkey’s California office now benefits from Zoom’s immersive meeting experience, supported by Logitech Neat technology.
