A global insurance company was looking to transform its working environment through implementing the latest communication & collaboration technology.
DMS was the chosen solution partner, with the brief of designing rooms and integrating the latest Cisco Webex meeting room technology in the global insurance company’s London office.
The client’s central London office required the latest meeting room and audiovisual technology installing in 33 rooms. The rooms included a brokers lounge, reception area, meeting rooms of various capacities, and a four-way divisible town hall space, that also integrates with the workplace canteen.
The project brief included staff training during the handover process and installation work to be planned around peak times to minimize day-to-day disruption.
We deployed a wide array of Cisco Webex meeting rooms and custom AV solutions into their London offices. The project included:
- Installing AMX controls, perimeter screens, townhall functionality, with multiple projectors in the client’s reception area and brokers lounge.
- The client’s divisible rooms were fitted with various Cisco Webex room kits, and custom AMX design and functionality. The rooms also included projectors, presenter cameras, and a custom Biamp AVB audio solution.
- DMS created the ultimate immersive video conferencing experience by integrating Cisco Webex with custom Biamp audio & AMX switching technology for all larger room types and board rooms.
We designed and installed all 33 rooms, partnering with Kuehne & Nagel, AMX by Harman, NEC, NTT, Biamp, Shure, and Extron during the project.
The insurance company now has state-of-the-art communication and collaboration technology throughout their London office, enabling high-quality communication with clients and colleagues globally.
